If you use the Website and Services as part of an entity or organization that has a corporate account with Junior, like your employer (“Customer”), that Customer may have entered into a separate agreement with Junior (“Agreement”), which may contain more restrictive terms than what is described in this Policy.

Communications

For example, when you contact us for more information about Junior, we may receive your name, email address, company name, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.

Waitlist

If you sign up for our waitlist, we will collect your first name, last name, role, work email, and firm/employer name.

Standard Contractual Clauses

Junior offers Standard Contractual Clauses, also known as E.U. Model Clauses, to meet the adequacy and security requirements for our Customers that operate in the E.U. and other international transfers of Customer data. To receive a copy of our standard Data Processing Addendum, incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses, please email privacy@myjunior.ai. In addition, Junior has executed Standard Contractual Clauses with its sub processors who process Personal Information on behalf of Junior.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If we materially change the ways in which we use or disclose personal information previously collected from you through our Website, we will notify you through our Website, by email, or other communication.
